Ware Public Schools Athletic Department

Ware Jr./Sr. High School is offering a Fan Bus for the Boys and Girls Basketball playoff games on Monday, March 4th at the University of Massachusetts @ Amherst.

The bus will leave at 3:30 pm and will return approximately at 8:30/8:45.  I understand my child will be on a school sponsored event where all school rules and expectations apply.

There is no fee for participation in this opportunity to ride the fan bus. Those who choose to ride the fan bus to Umass will be required to ride the fan bus back to Ware after the games are played. Everyone is responsible for bringing money for the gate fee to enter the game, plus any snacks or meals while at the game or before/after the game.

In order to go on the trip, written permission is required, and an emergency medical treatment form must be on file at the school. Safety is a high priority; however, by signing off on this form you recognize that the district is not responsible for injuries or health issues that may occur during this trip. The school requests that you complete and return the attached ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF RESPONSIBILITY AND PERMISSION FOR PARTICIPATION FOR THIS TRIP.
