Mr. Blais wins the Shake A Tail Feather Contest!
WJSHS's history teacher, Mr. Blais, won the student council's annual Shake a Tail Feather Contest! As a prize, he proudly wore a turkey costume today.
Cardboard cutouts of ‘naked’ turkeys with staff's names hung on the cafeteria wall. For eleven days at lunch, students had the opportunity to buy feathers to clothe them. The winner was decided by who received the most feathers!
All proceeds for this fundraiser are going to Camp Hole in the Wall, a camp for kids with cancer and other debilitating diseases. For more information please visit,
